How do I restore my purchases?
On iOS, open the game and go to the in-game store — your purchases should restore automatically when
signed in with the same Apple ID. On Android, purchases are tied to your Google account and restore
automatically on reinstall.
The game is crashing or not loading.
Try closing the app completely and reopening it. If the issue persists, make sure your device is running
the latest OS version and that the game is up to date. Still stuck? Email us with your device model and
OS version and we'll help sort it out.
How do I turn off ads?
Some of our games offer an ad-free purchase in the in-game store. You can also manage ad personalization
in your device's privacy settings.
How do I delete my data?
We don't create accounts, so your progress lives on your device — uninstalling the game removes it.
To request deletion of anything else (like support emails) or to formally exercise your right to
erasure, use our Data
Deletion Request form. We'll confirm by email.
